Ville Propre (Website)

With “Ville Propre,” I focused heavily on streamlining the complaint process. The interface guides users seamlessly from the moment a user opens the app. The user flow is engineered to be as direct as possible: capture the issue, using integrated mapping, and submit a complaint with minimal taps. We’ve prioritized clarity and simplicity, ensuring that even a first-time user can report an issue without confusion or frustration.
Visually, the UI is clean and uncluttered, using a palette that evokes trust and efficiency. Icons are universally recognizable, and typography is chosen for maximum readability, even on the go. The feedback mechanisms are immediate and reassuring, letting users know their complaint has been successfully lodged and is being processed. This design isn’t just about reporting; it’s about fostering a sense of civic participation and making it feel effortless and impactful. “Ville Propre” is a prime example of how thoughtful UX/UI can translate a societal need into a powerful, user-friendly digital solution.
